Firewall/Whitelisting recommendations to properly utilize Redbird Cloud services, and speed up service in the event that you call Customer Support for assistance.

Firewall rules and exceptions

Set firewall rules (below) against the mac or static IP of the Router (or the simulator computers if connecting them directly to your network) according to the recommendations below.

Our Support team uses LogMeIn products to expedite our speed of service. LogMeIn products are configured to work with the following ports:

Outbound TCP 443 Required, used by all LogMeIn products
Outbound TCP 80 Recommended, used for in-session communication
UDP 8200 Recommended, used for integrated Voice over IP (VoIP) and in-session communication
Inbound connections Not required
