In most cases, issues logging in to the Redbird Migration app (for desktop or mobile) are due to one of the following reasons.
You have not registered for the event yet.
To log in to the Redbird Migration app, you first must register for the event here. Registration is quick, easy, and free.
Once you've registered, you can log in to the Migration app using the same email address that you used for your registration.
You're trying to log in to the app using a different email address than the one that you used to register for the event.
To log in to the Redbird Migration app, you must use the same email address that you used for your registration.
If you submitted your contact information to us in the past, you may be receiving Migration promotional emails at a different email address than the one that you used to register. However, to check if you registered for Migration using a particular email address, you can search your inbox for a confirmation email with the subject line Your tickets for Redbird Migration. You will only receive that email at the email address that you used to register for the event.
If you're still experiencing difficulties logging in to the app, send an email to the Migration team at email@example.com.
